  • Gas/Electric furnace 93% high efficiency and central air conditioning (14-seer a/c)
  • 50-gallon gas (as available) water heater with temperature & pressure relief valve
  • Nine foot ceilings first floor; Eight foot basement walls
  • Granite Countertops in kitchen and Cultured Marble in all baths
  • Hardwood Floors in Foyer, Kitchen, and Laundry with Tile Floor in all baths

Our Team

Oakmont Custom Homes was founded by second generation home builder Andy S. Temmel, Sr in 2010. While his vision and leadership are embedded within the Oakmont team, Andy also oversees AR Homes Cincinnati. With nearly 40 years of experience in new home construction the Oakmont Custom Home team is able to design, bid and build your new home on time and within budget.

Andy S. Temmel

Sales/Operations Manager
Following in his grandfather's and father's footsteps, Andy started as a project estimator and quickly worked his way to project manager for a construction company in Denver, CO before moving back home to run the day-to-day operations of Oakmont. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and has been with Oakmont since 2015.

Shanon Wolpert

Vice President of Design
With a diverse background in both residential design and business; acquiring degrees in Interior Design as well as Business Management, Shanon is able to provide her clients with an exceptional design experience while keeping their best financial interests in mind. Her passion lies in the foundational principles that make a space cohesive, functional and elegant.

Drew Johnson

Construction Manager
Drew is a Cincinnati native who has spent several years managing contractors in various fields and has been a great fit to the Oakmont Custom Homes team. Drew has a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University and has been with Oakmont Custom Homes since 2019.
